  1. Make sure it’s an EleKiosk!

Elephant Kiosks focus on accessibility not only in the hard technical design, but also in the softer stuff such as attractiveness, people's preference for curves, colours and making sure the units are not too 'techy', giving them universal appeal.

  2. Content is key

Keep the content up to date; review it regularly; make the most of our inclusive packages, which include unlimited updates; keep the design clean and simple; include interactivity with a quiz or survey; and ask people what they want from the kiosk.

  3. Use incentives

Get local businesses to add in a money off voucher or add an incentive for booking something through the kiosk or completing a survey.

  4. Make sure it's busy

Consider putting on some children’s games, video content or news headlines to have people queuing up to use it. You can encourage people when it is quieter just by using it yourself.

  5. Market your kiosk

Put posters up, launch it with a press event, train staff to encourage people to use it, put a sticker in the window and use it as part of an event or training session by putting on a quick survey.
