  • Over 8000 responses in first 6 months
  • Over 6000 comments coded by sentiment and theme
  • Face to face training with over 150 staff

We transferred our service user feedback system contract to Elephant as the result of a tendering process at the start of this financial year. The transition was smooth and painless and staff universally prefer this system to our former one. The team at Elephant are helpful and friendly and always keen to develop new reports and functionality. In addition, the system offers very much better value for money than our previous provider.
